Service, Viewing Scheduled For Frank Skartados, Hudson Valley Assemblyman A prayer service and viewing have been scheduled for longtime Assemblyman Frank Skartados, who died Sunday from pancreatic cancer. The viewing is scheduled for 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday, and 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at DiDonato Funeral Services at 1290 Route 9W in Marlboro. A prayer service will be held at 8:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Skartados represented the 104th Assembly District, which includes both the City of Newburgh and the Town of Newburgh; as well as the City of Beacon, the City of Poughkeepsie, the Hamlet of Marlboro, and the Town of Lloyd.
