Pastry lovers, an all-new eatery in Westchester serving up delicious baked goods is now open for business.
Paris Baguette, a French-Korean bakery chain with more than 4,000 locations across the globe, has opened a new location in Yonkers at 1771 Central Park Ave., city officials said on Tuesday, Oct. 29.
The new eatery, located in the Highridge shopping plaza, serves a variety of baked goods, sandwiches, coffee, tea, and fresh bread.

Eatery To Close Westchester Location: 'I Am Not Giving Up,' Owner Says
A Northern Westchester eatery will soon be closing for good, its owner announced.
Blondery, a bakery in Peekskill at 922 Main St., will open for its last day on Sunday, Aug. 25, owner Auzerais Bellamy announced in a blog post.
The bakery, which opened in November 2022 as a retail space for the business's online storefront, specializes in gourmet blondies, layer cakes, doughnuts, cinnamon rolls, and dog treats.
According to Bellamy, the business's birth in Peekskill came about by happenstance.

Charles Entenmann, Who Turned NY Bakery Into National Brand, Dies
Charles Entenmann, who helped turn his family's Long Island bakery into a national brand, has died at the age of 92.
Entenmann died peacefully on Thursday, Feb. 24, according to his obituary.
He is survived by his daughter, Susan Nalewajk, his son, Charles W. Entenmann, and his seven grandchildren, his obituary reads.
Entenmann, along with his two brothers and his mother, worked together to expand their family bakery, located in Bay Shore.
