Woman Driving With No Lights On In Wrong Lane Charged With DWI In Scarsdale An allegedly drunk driver who was caught traveling on the wrong side of the road without headlights on over the weekend is facing multiple charges after being busted with a blood alcohol content nearly triple the legal limit. An officer from the Scarsdale Police Department on patrol at approximately 9:20 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 12 spotted a driver in the left lane on Post Road, driving with no headlights on.
