Sex Offender Makes Move From Elmsford To Yonkers A registered "sexually violent" offender convicted of sexually abusing a child has reported an address change in Westchester County. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 71-year-old Arquimedes Mota, who has moved from Elmsford to an apartment on Bruce Avenue in Yonkers.
