Man Dies After Becoming Trapped Under Excavator In Westchester This story has been updated.  A 59-year-old man was killed after an excavator rolled on top of them on a residential Northern Westchester road, police said. The incident happened on Friday, Oct. 27 around 2:15 p.m., when the Yorktown Heights Volunteer Fire Department responded to an excavator rollover on Baptist Church Road.  According to Yorktown Police, a 59-year-old man who had been working with a local tree company had become trapped underneath an excavator he was standing next to. 59-Year-Old Struck, Killed By Vehicle In Greenburgh A 59-year-old man was killed after being struck by a vehicle in Westchester. The incident took place around 9:50 p.m., Thursday, April 15, when the man was walking across Tarrytown Road in the vicinity of 407 Tarrytown Road, in Greenburgh, said Greenburgh Police Capt. Mike D’Alessio.  According to D'Alessio, police were called to the scene and found the victim lying injured in the roadway.
