Two Men, Woman On The Loose After Westchester Stairwell Armed Robbery Three suspects are wanted by police investigators in Westchester after allegedly stealing hundreds of dollars from a man during an armed robbery in an area apartment building. Officers from the New Rochelle Police Department responded to a stretch of Webster Avenue shortly after 2 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 11, where there was a report of an armed robbery that had just taken place.
