Joseph Raffaelli, a 35-year-old Hawthorne resident, and Nicholas Coploff, a 34-year-old Irvington resident, were charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.
After police initiated the traffic stop, they said the two men were observed trying to hide the envelopes of heroin.
The two are being held at Greenburgh Police Headquarters pending arraignment.
