Greenburgh Cops Charge 3 With Cocaine Possession

GREENBURGH, N.Y. – The Greenburgh Police Department arrested three men on Tuesday afternoon following a drug investigation.

The department's Drug and Alcohol Task Force reported that it found the trio in the parking lot of Greenburgh's Springhill Suites Marriott, located on White Plains Road. Widler Preval, 23, of Nanuet, Christopher Ganthier, 20, and Carlos Estime, 25, both from Spring Valley, were charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, as well as criminal possession with intent to sell, also a felony.

The Marriott Hotel was not involved in the investigation, police said, and the three men chose the hotel's parking lot as a meeting place, although none of them were patrons.

Police reported that the arrests stemmed from the task force's investigation regarding an alleged cocaine sale. The three men were arraigned and sent to Westchester County Department of Correction in Valhalla. They are due in Greenburgh Town Court on Friday.
