WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- All lanes are closed on the southbound Bronx River Parkway in Bronxville near the County Cross Parkway late Monday afternoon as a result of a huge police presence.

Police were seen taking at least one person into custody and the investigation is centered in the are near a stopped black car in the right lane, according to WABC 7.
