16 Charged, Including Two For DWI, In Greenburgh Halloween Crackdown

GREENBURGH, N.Y. -- State police made two drunken driving arrests and issued 14 violations for speeding and unlawful cell phone use as part of a Halloween night DWI detail with the Westchester County and Greenburgh police departments on Friday.

Malak Wissa, 41, of Yonkers and Tiffany Lopez, 24, of Cortlandt Manor were charged with DWI, released on tickets and are scheduled to appear in town of Greenburgh Court at a later date, police said Saturday.
