Most Con Ed customers in parts of Edgemont and Hartsdale.who lost power early Sunday had service restored by 11 a.m. 

Greenburgh Police notified Con Ed of the outages, Greenburgh Town Supervisor Paul Feiner said.

Approximately 293 customers were without power at 9 a.m. By 11 a.m., the number was just over 20.
