Police Arrest Second Man in Hartsdale Burglary

GREENBURGH, N.Y. - Greenburgh police have arrested and charged a second suspect in the burglary of a two-family home on Chatterton Parkway in Hartsdale in January.

Edgar Rodriguez, 21, of Yonkers was charged Tuesday with one count of burglary in the second degree and one count of attempted burglary in the second degree, both felonies. Police said Rodriguez was involved along with Phillip Villanueva in the January 27 break-ins at 298 Chatterton Parkway.

Villanueva, 17, also of Yonkers, was charged Monday by Greenburgh police in the January 27 incident, along with a burglary at 1101 Dobbs Ferry Rd. on Monday and a break-in December 16, 2011 at 61 Manhattan Ave. Police said Villanueva has five prior felony arrests for robbery and weapons possession.

Police also charged Jose Delacruz, 18, of Yonkers in the robbery Monday on Dobbs Ferry Rd.
