WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. - For the second straight day, a school bus was involved in a multi-vehicle crash on the New York State Thruway in Westchester, that left at least one person with a minor injury on Tuesday.
At approximately 3 p.m. on Tuesday, first-responders were dispatched to a stretch of the southbound Thruway, where there was a reported crash involving a school bus.
Initial reports stated that there were as many as 30 people riding the bus, with one passenger requesting an evaluation by paramedics for what is believed to be a minor injury. The extent of the injury was not immediately available. The cause of the crash is currently under investigation.
On Monday, a school bus was involved in a crash on the Thruway in Yonkers, leaving one person with a minor personal injury.
