Greenburgh Seeks Volunteers for Student Program

GREENBURGH, N.Y. - Greenburgh is looking for volunteers with media experience to assist with a student news network program for middle school and high school students.

The eight-week program, which will kick off its second year on March 7, is coordinated by Town Clerk Judith Beville. Volunteers would meet with the students for as little as two hours and teach them about journalism, interview skills, research and help them produce a news program that will be aired on public access television.

Anyone interested in volunteering should contact Beville at jbeville@greenburghny.com or Supervisor Paul Feiner at pfeiner@greenburghny.com.
