SLEEPY HOLLOW, N.Y. Local bars and restaurants are suiting up for Sunday's big game for residents who might prefer watching the New York Giants and the New England Patriots with like-minded fans.
The Bridge View Tavern in Sleepy Hollow is encouraging residents to join them for the rematch of the epic Super Bowl XLII.
In addition to brews and mixed drink specials, the bar will feature a $20 all-you-can-eat buffet from 5 to 10 p.m. featuring wings, mac and cheese, chili, brats, pork, potato chips and salads.
Seating is first come, first serve. So get here early and grab a seat at the bar or a table in the dining rooms, the bar states on its website.
The Moon River Grill in Sleepy Hollow will serve free wings, chili and cold-cut wraps during the first half of the Super Bowl. Patrons will also receive a free New York Giants or Super Bowl Pint glass with each beer or alcoholic beverage purchase. The Moon River Grill is located at 222 Beekman Ave. in Sleepy Hollow.
little b's in Tarrytown will feature food and drink specials all-day Sunday. The halftime fun continues with a hot wings eating contest, where the winner will receive a T-shirt, trophy and free drinks. little b's is located at 49 Main St. in Tarrytown.
Demeters Tavern in Tarrytown will be hosting the big game with its 14 big screen TVs. Demeters Tavern is located at 51 Old White Plains Road, just off Route 119.
The Huddle in Sleepy Hollow will feature drink specials throughout the game and raffles for two prize shirts. Tickets are $10 for the Pierre Paul 90 blue shirt and $5 for the Victor Cruz salsa shirt. The Huddle is located at 92 Beekman Ave. in Sleepy Hollow.
J.P. Doyles in Sleepy Hollow will feature giveaways and raffles along with a $60 per person open bar/food buffet event beginning at 5 p.m. J.P. Doyles is located at 48 Beekman Ave.
The Set Back Inn in Tarrytown will feature an open bar and buffet at 6 p.m. for $40. Patrons can also take advantage of drink specials throughout the game. The Set Back Inn is located at 22 Main St. in Tarrytown.
The Broadway Grill Tavern in Irvington is hoping for a Giants win Sunday as they serve the best burgers and wings in town. The Broadway Grill Tavern is located at 8 South Broadway.
