Rechtschaffen, a member of AUCNY’s quality management committee, is a resident of Elmsford and will become a voting member of the legislative affairs committee. He will help provide feedback to staff on the continual refinement of the legislative agenda and its execution while representing the AUA on Capitol Hill, home districts, regulatory bodies and to the White House. Rechtschaffen is on staff at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, St. John’s Riverside Hospital in Yonkers, Lawrence Hospital Center in Bronxville and White Plains Hospital Center. He is a frequently invited lecturer both to physicians and community groups about better ways to recognize and treat urological issues.
