Police issued an alert for Michelle Melson, 50, who is wanted following her arrest for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in September 2015. According to Town of Newburgh Police, Melson later failed to show up in court on her scheduled date, and a warrant was issued for her arrest. Alert Issued For Wanted Area Man An alert has been issued for a man who has been wanted in the area since 2013. The Town of Newburgh Police Department is attempting to locate 50-year-old Sean Gardner, who was arrested in February 2013 and charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Following his arrest, Gardner later failed to appear in court, and a warrant was issued for his arrest by the court. New York State Police investigators in Haverstraw are seeking the public’s assistance as they attempt to track down a wanted man who was busted with drugs during a checkpoint and failed to return to court. State Police issued an alert this week regarding Dazzell Middleton, who was the passenger in a vehicle that was stopped by troopers at a checkpoint.
