Area Man Sent Indecent Material To Officer Posing As Teen, Police Say A 25-year-old man is behind bars after authorities say he sent indecent material to an officer posing as a teen. In April, State Police from the Cortlandt barracks were contacted by the Northern Virginia-Washington D.C.
