Area Man Admits To Child Exploitation Offense A Fairfield County man has pleaded guilty to one count of sexual exploitation of a child after meeting a 14-year-old online and driving to another state to pick her up and bring her to his home.  Wayne Marcell, age 36, of Danbury, pleaded guilty on Tuesday, April 5 in Bridgeport, said Leonard C Boyle, US Attorney for the District of Connecticut. Man Sentenced For Distributing Heroin To Area Overdose Victim A drug dealer is behind bars for supplying heroin that led to an overdose in Fairfield County. Waterbury resident Andre Reed, 26, has been sentenced to 18 months in prison, followed by three years of supervised release, for distributing heroin to a female Danbury overdose victim.  The arrest comes as part of a statewide initiative targeting drug dealers who distribute heroin, fentanyl and opioids that cause overdoses.
