Virginia Wittenberg, 51, was arrested in June 2017 following a fraud investigation. She is currently wanted by New York State Police and the Town of Dover Justice Court after being charged with offering a false instrument for filing. New York State Police troopers were dispatched to a Foxwell Terrace residence on Sunday night, following reports of a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, further investigation determined that 34-year-old Dover resident Larry May, who was involved in the incident, was in possession of an illegal, loaded handgun.
