ID's Released For Trooper Shot, Suspect Involved In Dutchess Standoff The identities have been released of both the state trooper shot and the suspect in a seven-hour standoff in the area. A trooper,  Aaron Tiso of the State Police barracks in  Wappinger, was grazed by a bullet during the standoff with a Wappiner man following a domestic dispute. He was treated and released from Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital. The incident started around 7:32 p.m., Monday, Sept. 2, when police received a 911 call for a disturbance on Marlorville Road in the Town of Wappinger.
