Employees Evacuated After Bomb Threat At Area Business A bomb threat to a business with 20 employees busy at work brought a quick response from emergency responders in Putnam County. Putnam County sheriff’s deputies responded to T. Webber Plumbing and Heating, located at 3365 Route 9 in the Town of Philipstown, on the call of a bomb threat on Thursday, Dec. 13 at approximately 2 p.m., Sheriff Robert L. Langley Jr. said. Upon arrival to the scene, deputies set a perimeter around the premises and evacuated the building.
