Update: Missing Man From Region Found Safe This story has been updated. A man who had been reported missing in the region has been found safe. Columbia County resident Jacob Kulyniak, age 25, of Claverack, had last been seen at around 5:45 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 30, according to the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office.
