Amenia Woman Busted After Investigation Of Drug Sales, Police Say An area woman was busted following an investigation for alleged narcotics sales in the area. Dutchess County resident Ashley Sniffen, age 32, of Amenia, was busted on Wednesday, March 24, by the Dutchess County Drug Task and the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office following an investigation into drug sales in the Harlem Valley area, said Frank Tasciotti, assistant coordinator of the task force. The New York State Police from the Dover Plains barracks are searching for Leonardo Pop Ba, a runaway last seen at his residence on Route 343 in the town of Amenia.  He is 5-foot-4, about 140 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. He was placed with a non-relative foster home in 2018. An investigation revealed Leonardo left his foster home sometime in September 2019. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Dutchess residents regarding the residency of 33-year-old David Spencer, who has reported a move from Route 343 in Amenia to a residence on Union Street in Poughkeepsie.
