Engineering Consultant Robert VanVlack Of Poughkeepsie Dies At 39 Robert David VanVlack, who ran his own consulting business, died on Tuesday, July 2 at his home in Poughkeepsie. He was 39. He was born on Feb. 21, 1980 to Tammy and Robert Van Vlack. He graduated from Arlington High School in 1998 before attending the University of Buffalo, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
