Dutchess Man Made $11K In Fraudulent Credit Card Purchases, Police Say A 55-year-old man already behind bars for robbery has now been charged with making fraudulent purchases totaling more than $11,000 with a victim's credit cards.The Town of East Fishkill Police Department handled a complaint in late December 2018 from a victim stating that fraudulent purchases had been made on two separate credit cards totaling more than $11,000.  An investigation into this incident was conducted by Police Officer Scott Grove with the assistance of Detective Kyle Doughty.  Officers arrested Richard V.
