The incident took place in Rockland County around 11:20 p.m., Sunday, March 21. Suffern Police responded with the Suffern Fire Department and Ramapo Valley Ambulance Corps to Parkside Drive for a call of two residents experiencing dizziness after opening a suspicious package, said Suffern Police. Stranded Man Rescued Days After Fall From Bridge Rushed To Westchester Medical Center A man who fell from an old bridge and had been stuck in the water of Mahwah River in Suffern for several days was rescued and rushed to Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla. Suffern Police became aware of the stranded, injured a 47-year-old Montebello resident, after receiving information from a person who spotted the man in the area of Tilton Road, Suffern Police said.
