Fugitive From Justice Nabbed In Dutchess
A wanted man was taken into police custody in Dutchess County following an investigation into a fugitive from Texas. San Antonio resident Rafael Enrique Sosa III is behind bars after being arrested by officers from the Red Hook Police Department. Sosa was taken into police custody at approximately 12:10 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 15 on Holt Road in Red Hook. Sosa, 27, was arrested and charged with being a fugitive from justice.
