16-Year-Old Girl Charged In Stolen Car Chase That Killed Teen In Region A 16-year-old girl has been charged after a stolen car chase in the Capital District left one of her teen passengers dead. The teen was arrested Friday afternoon, June 10, according to Albany Police. Her name is not being released due to her age. Investigators said the girl was behind the wheel of a stolen vehicle that fled from Albany police when officers attempted to stop it near Lark Street and Manning Boulevard on April 4.
