Man's Body Found At Shopping Plaza In Hudson Valley Authorities are investigating after a man's body was found at a shopping plaza in Northern Westchester.  The body was found on Tuesday, Aug. 29 just before 10 a.m., when authorities responded to the Crossroads Plaza located at 1101 Main St. (Route 6) in Peekskill, according to Peekskill Police Lt. Adam Renwick.  There, police found a deceased man on the property of the plaza, who has not yet been identified, Renwick said. The circumstances of the man's death are still under investigation by police.  This is a developing story. Check back to Daily Voice for updates.

Police Investigating Armed Robbery Of Gas Station In Northern Westchester Police are investigating an armed robbery of a Northern Westchester gas station by a man armed with a handgun. The incident took place around 2:30 a.m., Wednesday, Oct. 31, in Peekskill at the Sunoco at 980 Washington St., when the man, wearing a mask, entered the store and demanded cash from the lone employee, said Peekskill Police Lt. Jack Galusha. The clerk turned over an undetermined amount of cash and the man fled the store in an unknown direction. No one was injured during the robbery and no arrest have been made.
