Driver Tries Mowing Down Kids With Car After Argument In Region, Police Say A 30-year-old man from the region is facing multiple charges after he allegedly tried running down two kids with his car. Troopers in Saratoga County were called at around 10:20 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 9, for a vehicle that was intentionally trying to strike children in Halfmoon on Ocean Spray Boulevard, according to New York State Police. The incident occurred outside the Cranberry Estates Apartments. An investigation found that Edward Storms, of Halfmoon, got into an argument with the victims and then “recklessly operated his vehicle,” nearly hitting the two kids, according to police. Neit…
