The incident began around 9 a.m., Wednesday, Jan. 31 in Rockland County when the Ramapo Police discovered a 56-year-old woman lying on the ground on Innwood Drive suffering from multiple gunshot wounds in the Hillcrest section of Ramapo. Fairfield County residents Jose Valenzuela, 35, and Liseth Castillo-Cruz, 31, both of Danbury, were arrested on Wednesday, Feb. 26, on arrest warrants following an investigation that began in January, said the Norwalk Police.
