Dutchess County Granted Temporary Restraining Order Barring More Migrants After several busloads of migrants and asylum seekers arrived in a Hudson Valley town without warning, the county has been granted a temporary restraining order barring more. Dutchess County was granted the order by Dutchess County Supreme Court Judge Maria Rosa on Tuesday, May 23, said Dutchess County Executive William O'Neil.
