A town in Northern Westchester has declared a State of Emergency in an effort to prevent New York City from sending migrants and asylum seekers to a school within the municipality's borders. After several busloads of migrants and asylum seekers arrived in a Hudson Valley town without warning, the county has been granted a temporary restraining order barring more.
