Pleasant Valley Town Clerk Stole $27K In Funds, Dutchess DA Says The Pleasant Valley Town Clerk has been charged with grand larceny for stealing funds from the town over a four year time period, according to Dutchess County District Attorney William Grady. Margaret Hart was also charged Monday with two counts of official misconduct, he added.
