Voters Heading To Polls To Vote On School District Budgets In Dutchess Voters in Dutchess County will head to the polls to vote on local school budget and bond proposals. More than a billion dollars in spending will be up for a vote on Tuesday, May 21, as voters determine the fate of more than a dozen school district budgets and candidates vying for Board of Education seats. Budget proposals range from $23.68 million in Webutuck to a whopping $234.95 million in Wappingers.
