14-Year-Old Shot To Death In Region Identified, Police Seeking Tips Authorities have identified a teenage boy who was shot to death during a weekend of gun violence in the Capital District that left six others injured. Troy Police said 14-year-old Zaccai James was shot at around 11:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 27, as he stood outside of a home in the Lansingburgh neighborhood, near 6th Avenue and 103rd Street.
