Police: Wappinger Man Threatens Victim With Weapon In Domestic Dispute A state police investigation into a Dutchess County domestic dispute led to the arrest of a man who had previously been jailed for previous convictions. Troopers were dispatched to a Degarmo Hills Road in Wappinger on Jan. 24, where there were reports of a domestic dispute involving Joseph Brenna III, 36, who allegedly threatened his victim with a weapon. Further investigation into Brenna revealed that he had previous convictions on his record.
