Dutchess County Man Found Shot To Death In Car Identified A man found dead inside a vehicle from a gunshot wound when police responded to a rollover auto accident has been identified. Jeffrey Johnson, 29, of the City of Poughkeepsie, was found around 2:21 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 12, when police responded to a report of a possible rollover crash, City of Poughkeepsie Det. Lt. Matt Clark said. When police arrived on the scene they discovered that Johnson had an apparent gunshot wound.
