Duo Nabbed In Connection To Shooting Of Dutchess County Man Two men have been charged with the alleged shooting of a Hudson Valley man who is hospitalized with life-threatening injuries. The arrests occurred in Dutchess County on Wednesday, April 3 for the Saturday, March 30 incident at 444 Main St., in Poughkeepsie. During the incident, officers found 34-year-old Jaquan Fryar, of Poughkeepsie with life-threatening injuries. He was transported to an area hospital, where he remains, said Det. Sgt. Duo's Storage Unit Theft Spree In Region Foiled By Vigilant Passerby, Police Say Two suspected storage unit thieves are facing charges thanks to a tip from a vigilant passerby. Saratoga County Sheriff’s deputies were called at around 3 p.m. Friday, March 15, for a suspicious vehicle at the Extra Space Storage in Clifton Park. When they arrived, deputies encountered found 40-year-old Michael DeMartino, of Stillwater, and 41-year-old Kristin Frisch, of Gloversville. An investigation determined they had stolen numerous items from various storage units. DeMartino and Frisch were arrested on suspicion of burglary, criminal possession of stolen property, and petit larceny. …

Alert Issued For Missing 17-Year-Old From Region Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing teenager from the region. Fulton County resident Harmmony Lamont, age 17, of Johnstown, was reported missing Wednesday, Aug. 30, according to police. Investigators said she may be Johnstown or Gloversville.
