The mother who allegedly killed her 2-year-old daughter and attempted to stab two police officers attempting to offer her aid has been offered a plea deal. Cynthia Arce, 29, who pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder for the death of her daughter, Gabriella Boyd, was reportedly offered a plea deal that would give her no extra prison time for attempting to stab the officers.
