Man Faces Felony Robbery Charge After Town Of Poughkeepsie Domestic Incident
A domestic disturbance led to the arrest of a man who allegedly stole his ex-girlfriend’s cellphone in the Town of Poughkeepsie, police said. Officers from the Town of Poughkeepsie Police Department responded to a North Grand Avenue home on Monday, March 25, where there was a report of a domestic incident involving a woman and her ex-boyfriend. Police said that a woman at the residence stated that her ex-boyfriend, Poughkeepsie resident Fitzgerald D. Davis, Jr. - who left before officers arrived - had forcefully taken her cellphone from her hands. Investigators eventually tracked down Davis…
