The incident happened just before 10:45 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21 in Poughkeepsie in the area of 55 Washington St. Officers responded to a report of multiple shots fired opposite Poughkeepsie City Hall. No gunshot victims were found but property damage was observed, and officers were informed of a vehicle that had fled the scene, Poughkeepsie PD Det. Sgt. Dutchess County resident Brett M. Marinaccio, 33, of Hopewell Junction, was arrested on Monday, Jan. 4, by New York State Police, said Trooper AJ Hicks. Word of the threat in Dutchess County at Franklin D. Roosevelt High School was provided to police around 9:21 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 21 to the Town of Hyde Park Police, said Hyde Park Police Chief Robert Benson.
