Keymarro Guiden, age 48, of East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, was extradited to Sullivan County, on Tuesday, Dec. 14, in connection with the May 2014 murder of April Parker, age 31, of Monticello, said the New York State Police. Victim ID'd In Cold-Case Hudson Valley Homicide A woman who was found dead and nude on a Westchester County street more than 30 years ago has been identified by the District's Attorney's Office's newly created Cold-Case Bureau.
