Six Dutchess Residents Who May Have Had Contact With Ulster Covid-19 Patient Isolated Six Dutchess County residents who may have had contact with the middle-aged Ulster man who tested positive for the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) have been isolated, Dutchess County Executive Marc Molinaro said.
