Troopers were dispatched to a Degarmo Hills Road in Wappinger on Jan. 24, where there were reports of a domestic dispute involving Joseph Brenna III, 36, who allegedly threatened his victim with a weapon. Further investigation into Brenna revealed that he had previous convictions on his record. State Police troopers were dispatched to a Degarmo Hills Road at approximately 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday night, following reports of a domestic dispute involving a man in possession of a knife.
