Man Accused Of Engaging In Sex Act With Minor At Dutchess Hotel Found Dead A 46-year-old man accused of engaging in a sexual act with a teenager at an area hotel was reportedly found dead a day before he was to make a court appearance. Northern Fairfield County resident Eric Fenyes, of Sherman, allegedly engaged in sexual conduct with a child in Poughkeepsie earlier this month. He was arrested on Tuesday, Feb. 18 and charged with second-degree criminal sexual act.
