School Counselor, Youth Coach In Region Took 'Compromising' Photos Of Child, Police Say A middle school guidance counselor is among two people from the region who are accused of secretly taking inappropriate photos of a child. Albany County residents Kristy Koldis, age 45, and Joshua White, age 46, both of Latham, were arrested Friday, July 28, after troopers were tipped off that inappropriate pictures of a child were being shared online. 21-Year-Old Shot To Death In Region Was Looking Forward To 'Brighter Future' After HS Police are investigating a shooting in the region that claimed the life of a 21-year-old man. Emergency crews were called at around 7:15 p.m. Saturday, July 22, to a shooting in Albany, on Morton Avenue near Elizabeth Street. When officers arrived, they found Naheim Burbridge, of Albany, with at least one gunshot wound to the torso, Albany Police said. Burbridge was transported by ambulance to Albany Medical Center Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
