New Barnes & Noble Opening In Danbury Fair Mall Book and magazine fans will be able to spend hours browsing the latest editions when mega-bookseller Barnes & Noble opens its new store at the Danbury Fair Mall. The grand opening is planned for 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 12 with author Amy Poeppel cutting the ribbon and signing copies of her newest book, "The Sweet Spot," company officials said. The bookseller will relocate from Danbury Square to Danbury Fair Mall, into the space formerly occupied by Arhaus. Alert Issued For Missing Dutchess 20-Year-Old Police in the Hudson Valley are asking the public for help locating a missing man last seen by his family five days ago. Dutchess County resident Jordon Jones, age 20, of the city of Poughkeepsie, was last seen by family on Saturday, April 30, at his home located at 25 South Clover St. after a recent friendship just ended.  Jones, who has Asperger’s Syndrome does not readily communicate, said Det. Cause Of Death Determined For Hudson Valley Woman Found Dead In Suitcase The Connecticut state medical examiner released an official cause of death for a Westchester woman found dead in a red suitcase on the side of a road in Fairfield County in February. On Monday, May 6, the state medical examiner said the official cause of death for Valerie Reyes, 24, of New Rochelle, was "homicidal asphyxia," and the manner of death was a homicide.
