Man Charged With Attempted Murder After Hudson Valley Deli Assault, DA Says
A man has been indicted on attempted murder charges dating back to a Christmas stabbing in a Northern Westchester deli last year. Antonio Alvarez - who has no known address - has been indicted on charges in connection to attempted murder and assault in Peekskill on Christmas Day, Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr., announced this week. According to the indictment, at approximately 10 p.m. on Dec. 25 last year, Alvarez was in a South Street deli in Peekskill when he allegedly attacked another man.
